Hot Pocket

The subject at hand on the Nerdist podcast #8, with Jim Gaffigan.

I made a boo-boo today. Tots starts at 10 AM. Right around then, I saw a mom with kids in the children's room and then I walked back into the workroom. At 10:15 K came in and let me know there were kids ready and I looked at her like she was nuts and said,
"OK, but it's not 10:30 yet."
For some reason, I thought Tots started at 10:30. Whoops.

The Nerdist Podcast #7: Andy Richter

So far on the show they have discussed Lady Gaga and nose-fucking. Is it really any wonder why I enjoy this podcast?

Glass Slipper

Well, hello, Mr. Blog. Long time, no see.

I watched The Man Who Knew Too Much (Jimmy Stewart, Doris Day version) last night and failed to find Hitchcock in his ubiquitous cameo. Still, I enjoyed a very good movie that I'd never seen before, so that's good.

Tomorrow for craft day we'll be making origami mobiles. Origami was my idea, but Valerie receives credit for the mobile idea: I mean, what else are you going to do with four or five origami figures? I'm using the kit I got for Christmas a few years back, since I never even opened before this week. It's got 130 sheets of that perfect square paper, which is really good because I didn't want to have to cut a bunch of square sheets. They never come out quite right.
